Are Tein Street Advance Z coilovers good?
They aren’t too harsh and are a great intro to coilovers if you are new to the coilover game. These are perfect for the daily driver and are not necessarily for you if you are looking to race your car. The Flex Z handles really well, they aren’t too stiff, and overall, they drive nice.

The Tein Street Basis Z are made for street use. They are the entry range of Tein coilovers and offer only height adjustment. They feature a thread type height adjustment, a twin tube structure for suspension strength and comfort (longer stroke), and use the OE mounts from your car for installation.
