Is Choc shot free on slimming world?
The good news is, these products are only 0.5 syns per teaspoon on Slimming World. When I have chocolate cravings I love to stir some Choc Shot into yoghurt and serve with fruit for a dessert. They are great drizzled over my American Style Pancakes or French Toast too.

Is Sweet Freedom sugar free?
A: We do not add any sugar to our products. They only contain the sugars that are naturally occurring in the three fruits we use to sweeten; apples, carob (and grape in our Fruit Syrup).
Is Sweet Freedom better than sugar?
It has 25% fewer calories than sugar, is sweeter and you can reduce the amount used gram for gram by around 25% (i.e. if your recipe calls for 100g of sugar try 75g). It also has a lower GL (Glycaemic Load) making it a better choice than sugar.
Is Sweet Freedom suitable for diabetics?
