Seira Kokubyakuin (黒白院 清羅, Kokubyakuin Seira?) is the student council president and one of the people of the group, “Popular Five” who is one of the few people that knows about Kanade Amakusa’s curse, “Absolute Choice”.
Does Seira like Kanade in Noucome?
Siera instructed her to seduce Kanade to fall in love with her while Himeru tried, she ultimately failed and reported to Siera of her failing. Seira was not too surprised and told Himeru it was fine and she doesn’t need to worry as she has another plan.

He proposes to Chocolat at the end of the series. The beautiful girl who falls from the sky after Amakusa chooses the option “a beautiful girl falls from the sky” when given an Absolute Choice on his way home from school one day. The God (神, Kami?) was first heard calling Kanade to try and enlighten him about his current curse. It appears that he likes to play around and joke with him, transforming him into a girl just to prove a point.

In episode 10, it is confirmed that even without her memories Chocolat has developed strong romantic feelings for him and is revealed to be jealous of the other girls. She later confessed her affections to him, as Kanade reacted in shock at this especially when she described how deep they were.
