How does Puregym validate parking?
There is a validation tablet at the gym where you will need to correctly type in your car number plate in order to validate your parking before leaving the gym. Please ensure you type in your number plate correctly as the barriers will not lift if an error has been made.
Can you use someone else’s pin at the gym?
Keep your PIN and member log in details a secret and not share them with, or allow it to become known by anyone else. Not share your entrance pod with anyone else or allow access to any other person (we monitor PIN use and it’s easy for us to spot when people do this).
Can a 15 year old go to the gym UK?
What age can kids visit the gym on their own? Children must be 16 years old or over to use the Gym alone. Those aged 14-15 years may use the gym providing their parent / guardian is in the club, they are on a 14 – 15 year membership and they have completed a Fitness Orientation.

How many times can you go to the gym in a day?

It reduces your sedentary time and improves your overall performance. But twice-a-day workouts also carry a risk of overtraining and injury.

Kids 13 and up can use the Strength & Cardio space without an adult, but still must make sure to go through an orientation. Gyms- Kids under 10 can use the gyms with a parent. Kids 10-12 can use the gym without a parent directly supervising, but with a parent in the facility.
